This 90-minute, coach-led session offers focused, hands-on training with guidance from our expert coaches. Choose your training focus—strength, conditioning, or sports skills—based on your goals and overall program.
Strength Training: Each session features three key barbell lifts plus accessory exercises, targeting full-body strength, force production, and mobility. (Note: Allow at least one rest day between strength sessions.)
Conditioning: Boost endurance and metabolic performance with structured interval training, complete with a thorough warm-up and cooldown.
Sports Skills Practice: Develop technical precision with hands-on coaching across a range of sports.
