Because your plan is customized to your specific baseline, goals, and training history, listing a flat rate upfront does not accurately reflect your actual costs or account for available group discounts. We intentionally put your specific fitness needs before a price tag to ensure we build the exact programming required to hit your goals.

Strong Sports Gym is owned and operated by head coach Willard Ford — coaching since 1991, Starting Strength certified, a licensed USA Boxing coach, and a Martial Arts Masters Hall of Fame inductee. He founded the gym in 2006 with longtime training partner Kengo Ura, who coaches remotely and runs our Japanese division from Okinawa. They're backed by a crew that's been around the barbell and ring for years: Adrian Gonzales and Seth Hale assist with boxing, Junior Coach Joseph Guerrero who helps with Boxing and Lifting and longtime members Adrian Ariosa and Matt Aguila help with lifting, and Meredith Hewson serves as substitute coach and manager. Every session is coach-led, so you're never training alone or guessing at the program.
