The Recurring Monthly Plan offers a balanced approach to training, combining one weekly session with a coach (focused on strength, conditioning, or sports skills) with two additional solo sessions per week in the facility (by appointment). This plan is ideal for intermediate and advanced members who need expert coaching on a weekly basis to refine the technical aspects of their program while maintaining their independence during solo training. Included with this plan is a monthly Programming Consultation to ensure your plan stays on track and a bi-weekly Diet/Nutrition Consultation to optimize your nutrition for performance and recovery. This plan is available by coach approval only, ensuring it’s the right fit for your current level and goals.
