TESTING.
To arrive at desired outcomes you must calculate the inputs. Knowing exactly what and how much takes the guesswork out. It’s arithmetic, not algebra. Tests include Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR), Peak Oxygen Consumption, Maximal Oxygen Consumption (VO2 Max), Lactate Threshold, Functional Threshold Power (FTP), Body Composition including DEXA Scan, running gait analysis, and bicycle fitting. We do not use outside vendors and all testing is conducted on-site at STRONG SPORTS GYM.
